FAQ | Aquapark

Hotel guests can use towels from their room. Other visitors can bring their own towel or buy one at the pool reception.

We do not take reservations for aquapark entry. For groups, we recommend informing the pool reception of your planned visit – especially on weekends and public holidays due to limited capacity.

We do not offer a single family ticket. Discounted prices are available for children up to 15 years. Children up to 100 cm tall have free entry. For more details, please see the Aquapark price list.

Yes, the facilities include lockable lockers and changing cubicles. They are operated with a chip that you receive upon entry.

You may bring your own food, but please consume it outside the pool area, in the lobby before the entrance. For refreshments inside the aquapark, there is a pool bistro.

Parking is available in the hotel car park directly in front of the aquapark building. When you arrive, take a parking ticket at the entrance. The price of parking is listed in the Aquapark price list.

We are located in Špindlerův Mlýn, directly opposite the Medvědín cable car. The route by car is well signposted and the car park is right by the entrance.

Yes, there is a bistro by the pool offering refreshments. You can pay in cash or by card. Hotel guests can pay using a hotel wallet with a 10% discount on food, drinks, and other services. Hotel guests receive more information at reception upon arrival.

At reception we offer swimwear, towels, swim nappies, and basic toiletries. If you forget something, you can easily buy the essentials here.

Children from 12 years of age may enter without an adult, with parental consent. Younger children must be accompanied by an adult.

Basic admission includes the aquapark with all attractions. Wellness can be used from 16:00 for an additional fee – Evening Sauna Harmony (please book in advance). In the winter season, hotel guests with accommodation packages including the aquapark can use exclusive access to the Wellness Centre directly from the aquapark between 13:00 and 15:30.

Our complex is partially accessible – entrance to reception, changing rooms, toilets, and entry to the pool hall. Access to the pools is via stairs. Our staff will gladly help if needed.
