Check-in is available from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The reception is open from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. If you are planning a late check-in (after 8:00 PM) or an early check-out (before 8:00 AM), please contact the reception in advance.

Parking for hotel guests is available in a gated parking area. Upon arrival, the reception will provide you with a key card that allows access through the gate. Parking is free of charge for hotel guests.

You will find us in Špindlerův Mlýn, directly opposite the Medvědín cable car. The route by car is well signposted, and the parking area is located directly at the entrance.

Yes, your pets are welcome at our hotel. The fee for a dog or cat is CZK 490 per night. Please inform us in advance if you will be staying with a pet. Thank you.

Yes, the hotel reception also offers currency exchange services.

Yes, we are happy to prepare a baby crib in your room, including bedding and sheets. Please reserve the crib in advance. The crib is provided free of charge.

Towels and hand towels are provided in the room. Hotel bathrobes are not available. Each room is equipped with a coffee set including an electric kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar.

Unfortunately, we are currently unable to offer wheelchair-accessible rooms. Only the aquapark is partially accessible – including the entrance, reception, changing rooms, and toilets. The pool entrances have steps. If needed, our staff will be happy to assist you.

The hotel bill and other resort services can be paid in cash, by card, or through benefit programs. Please inquire at the hotel reception about payment options with specific benefit providers.
