Hawaii Party in Špindlerův Mlýn? Children for 1 CZK? Come and celebrate 20 years of the aquapark with us on Saturday, January 17, 2026.
Leave stress behind and enter the modern wellness centre in the heart of the Krkonoše Mountains. Discover three types of saunas designed for deep regeneration of body and mind.
Finnish sauna
A classic dry sauna with temperatures up to 90 °C helps detoxification, strengthens the immune system, and supports proper blood circulation. Regular sauna sessions calm the nervous system, improve sleep quality, and enhance overall resilience.
Temperature: 90–95 °C
Recommended duration: 8–15 minutes
Humidity: Low (10–20%)
Aroma sauna
A combination of heat and natural essences creates a relaxing environment that refreshes the mind and soothes the body. Scents such as eucalyptus, lavender, or citrus have positive effects on the airways and mental wellbeing.
Temperature: 60–75 °C
Recommended duration: 10–15 minutes
Humidity: Medium (40–60%)
Steam bath
High humidity and mild temperatures (40–50 °C) help release muscles, cleanse the skin, and regenerate the respiratory system. An ideal choice for visitors who prefer a gentler sauna experience.
Temperature: 40–50 °C
Recommended duration: 10–20 minutes
Humidity: High (up to 100%)
Alternating walking in warm and cold water over pebbles activates circulation, strengthens the vascular system, and has a positive effect on immunity. This form of hydrotherapy, inspired by Sebastian Kneipp’s method, also releases tension in the legs and brings refreshing relief after sports activity. Ideal for regeneration and as prevention of heavy-leg syndrome.
Water temperature: Warm 40 °C, cold 12 °C.

The open-air whirlpool is the perfect ending to a day in the mountains. Warm water, massage jets, and fresh mountain air create a unique contrast that calms both body and mind. Relaxation outdoors with views of the surrounding nature brings deep release and restores physical and mental strength.
Whirlpool temperature: 35 °C
